“Just to confirm that the meeting place for next weeks Hash is the new car park to the rear of the Bedford Sawmills – turn right off the Gunnislake Road towards the timber yard, directly after it turn right along a new piece of track and drive past the caravan centre to the car park area at the rear, I shall put up some S3 signs. The on down is the Harvest Home”.

Stannary’s third annual Winter Warmer Weekend is being held at the Dartmoor Training Centre on the 22nd/23rd November.

Come and enjoy Waldorf’s hospitality and party as only the Hash know how.

All food at the Centre is included this year with an option for Sunday lunch at The Prince of Wales in Princetown (not included in the price).

Programme:

• Arrive at the centre on Saturday morning from 10 am. Tour of centre and domestics. Time to settle in before Waldorf’s famous vegetable soup for lunch.
• Hash in the afternoon; back for chill time.
• Curry for evening meal and vinyl evening with the possibility of a guest appearance by the Hash Band.
• Bring your own vinyl, choose your three LP tracks and be a DJ for 15 minutes.
• And so to bed.
• Breakfast Sunday morning followed by a (sobering up) walk and the option for lunch at the Prince of Wales on Sunday. The price of Sunday lunch is not included and will be at hasher’s own expense.

Cost:

• £20 per person for the whole weekend
• £10 for 7 - 16 year olds for the whole weekend
• Under 7s free
• £5 for Saturday evening only
